WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Your order will be packed and shipped to you as quickly as possible, so it should arrive within 3 to a maximum of 20 business days.
WHICH SHIPPING PROVIDER WILL DELIVER MY GOODS?
Your package will be shipped via DHL.
Some items will be shipped via Hermes.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation, a tracking number, and regular tracking updates via email. You can also manually track your package using your tracking number on the DHL or Hermes website.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, BUT NOT ALL ITEMS FROM THE ORDER HAVE ARRIVED. WHAT NOW?
Don't worry! Depending on the item, they are shipped from different wholesale warehouses. Therefore, it is possible that your goods will arrive in different packages and at different times.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return your items to us within 14 days of delivery as part of your right of withdrawal. Please contact us in advance via our email address or our contact form.
Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. However, you can reorder the desired item directly.
