How does a return work?

14-day return policy

We at Car-Bee are convinced that our customers are satisfied with our products. Should this not be the case, you have the option to return your ordered items to us within 14 days of receipt.


Please note that we cannot provide return labels. The customer bears the costs of the return shipping!

Please inform us about the return in advance by email at kontakt@Car-Bee.de.

We will then immediately send you the corresponding return address.

Returns to other addresses cannot be accepted.

Returns that have not been registered in advance or have been returned to an incorrect address cannot be tracked by us and therefore the amount cannot be refunded.

This also applies in the event that the acceptance of the items is refused by the customer. This sends the return to a collection point and cannot be received by us and therefore cannot be refunded.

In addition, we will check in a separate procedure whether the goods show defects that indicate improper use. If we find damage to the product, this is also excluded from the return.

Please provide the following in the email:

1. your order number
2. the reason for the return (e.g., "revocation")

As we want to constantly improve, we would be very grateful if you could tell us why you were not satisfied with your order. This helps us to grow and increase our customer satisfaction.

An item is defective or you have received a wrong item?
If you want to return a defective product, please send us an email in advance to kontakt@Car-Bee.de so that we can check how we can help you as quickly as possible. Please provide the following in the email:

1. your order number
2. the reason for the return (if defective, please include a photo of the defect!)
3. would you like an exchange for the same item or a refund?

Our support team will then contact you immediately and tell you what to do next.
